Une matinée résolument fraîche mais particulièrement belle pour les bénévoles aujourd'hui créa des conditions idéales pour courir vite comme en témoigne la densité de personnes sous les 25mins.... 33 des 63 coureurs ! La première place en 16'25" du visiteur Carl Delaney a été suivie de près par les locaux Iain Manson et Gwenael Blanck. La première femme était Niamh Clifford avec un temps non négligeable de 19'48" !

Bravo aux 5 personnes qui ont obtenu des records personnels aujourd'hui avec une mention spéciale à Sophie Vanheeghe Stevenard qui a battu son record avec 40:35 aujourd'hui ! Bravo à tous !

Énorme merci à tous les bénévoles aujourd'hui qui font fonctionner le parkrun. Si quelqu'un veut aider, nous sommes toujours à la recherche de plus d'aide!

A decidedly chilly though beautiful morning for the volunteers today created great conditions for running fast as shown by the density of people under 25mins... 33 out of the 63 runners! A flying first place in 16'25" from visitor Carl Delaney was closely followed by locals Iain Manson and Gwenael Blanck. First female was Niamh Clifford in a not too shabby 19'48"!

Well done to the 5 who got personal records today with special mention to Sophie Vanheeghe Stevenard who smashed her record with 40:35 today! Well done all!
